Cosmetology Students Participate in Ollie the Otter Program
Cosmetology students Michelle Goosey, Bridgett Woodward, Jerrica Snapp, and Rebecca Chilton, presented Ollie Otter's Booster Seat Education program to Harriman's Bowers Elementary School. The Ollie Otter safety program was sponsored by the Tennessee Transportation Development Foundation and the TRBA's Ladies Auxilliary. The presentation included included information about Tennessee's booster seat law, construction work zone safety, and seatbelt usage. Ollie's message to students in the campaign is, "Your OTTER buckle up!"
